Our biggest wish is for you and your little ones to absolutely love your new treasures. If something isn't quite right, don't worry! We're here to make things easy and ensure everyone is happy.


Getting Your Goodies to You!

We know you and your little maker are excited for your new treasures to arrive! We work hard to get your order packed with care and on its way to your home as quickly as we can.


Placing Your Order:

To make sure we can start preparing your package right away, we begin processing all orders received by 11:59 PM EST on the very next business day.
Need to make a little change to your order? No problem at all! You have until that processing time begins to modify your order. After that, our team will have already started lovingly packing your items for their journey, so we won't be able to make any more adjustments.


Our Shipping Journey:

Once your order is all packed up, it begins its adventure to your doorstep! Please allow up to 15 business days for your package to arrive. We know waiting can be hard, but we promise it will be worth it!


Our Happy Play Promise:

Sometimes a toy might not be the perfect match, and that’s okay! We want your shopping experience to be delightful from start to finish.


Here’s How We Can Help with Returns:
  • 30 Days to Decide:You have 30 days from the day your goodies arrive to decide if they're the perfect fit for your little maker.


  • Like-New Condition, Please: To help us find another happy home for the toys, we ask that items are returned unused, just as you received them, and snuggled back into their original packaging (including all tags and bits).


  • Easy, Flexible Returns: If the toy isn't what you hoped for, we believe returning it should be worry-free. For customers who add our Smile Guarantee to their order, we'll cover the return shipping, making it easy for you to send it back. If you decide not to use the Smile Guarantee, you can still send your item back, and we just ask that you cover the cost of return shipping. We truly want you to be satisfied!


Oops! Something Arrived Damaged?

We pack every order with oodles of care, but sometimes little bumps happen on the journey to your doorstep.
If your order arrives looking a bit sad or damaged, please let us know right away. Your little one's joy (and yours!) is our top priority. We promise to listen and take all the right steps to make things right. If you opted in for our Smile Guarantee, this would mean sending a speedy replacement or refund, your choice. If you didn’t, no worries! We can offer a store credit for a future adventure. Just keep the original box and packaging if you can, as it helps us figure out what went wrong.


Ready to Make a Return? It’s Easy-Peasy!

To start a return, just head on over to our Returns Portal to get started. Please have your order number handy. We’ll then guide you through the simple steps.


About Refunds:

Once your returned item arrives back at our workshop and we’ve had a chance to peek at it, we’ll send you an email to let you know. If everything looks good, we’ll process your refund, and the refund should come back to your original payment method within a few days.


Want to Swap for Something Else?

The easiest way to do this is to return the original item (with our easy return shipping, of course!), and then you can place a brand new order for the different toy that caught your eye. This way, your new choice gets to you super quick!
